Tell us what happened
Include the action you tried, your agent or browser, and a redacted error message. Include a document ID when relevant. Never send an API key, sign-in link, upload token, or complete private viewing link. We will ask for more information if needed.
Agent setup
Connection instructions cover the CLI, local MCP, and hosted MCP. For installation problems with the public integration package, you can also open a GitHub issue. Keep private account information out of public issues.
Manage your data
Use the console to manage links, revoke connections, set document retention, or delete your account under Settings. For a privacy request involving someone else’s document, email us with the document ID and the issue. The privacy policy describes retention and deletion limits.
Report a problem with a page
Use the report control on the shared page or email us with its document ID and a description of the problem. For security vulnerabilities, use email instead of a public issue.
